About Us

Welcome to the home of the Ranchito Roadrunners!

 
Located in the heart of Panorama City, Ranchito Avenue Elementary School for Advanced Studies and Spanish Dual Language Academy provides a safe, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment where every child is empowered to reach their full academic and personal potential.
 
At Ranchito, we foster leadership through our Leader in Me framework, empowering students to build confidence, take ownership of their learning, and develop the habits needed for success in school and beyond. Students also enjoy enriching opportunities in Orchestra, Theatre, Dance, Visual Arts, Robotics, tutoring, and after-school programs. Through rigorous instruction, technology integration, inquiry-based learning, creativity, and critical thinking, we prepare our Roadrunners to become lifelong learners, responsible digital citizens, and leaders in a global society.

Our Mission

The teachers, administrators, and staff at Ranchito Avenue School are dedicated to educating, challenging, and inspiring students to meet their full potential. Parents, teacher and students at Ranchito will work together, through rigorous instruction and technology, to improve student learning and enable all students to achieve high academic standards. Students will be faced with challenges in critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration and communication. These 21st Century skills will enable our students to be on their way to be college and career ready.
