ELAC - English Language Advisory Council

English learners (ELs) are students who either speak a second language or have a second language in their home. These students are not yet fluent in English.

 

The council is made up of EL parents, administrator and coordinator. Meetings are held monthly and at the meetings, data is analyzed and mandated information concerning ELs is discussed. The council is an advisory council and makes recommendations to the School Site Council for support of ELs.
